ZBD Kart: Race your way to Bitcoin

If you're ever nostalgic for the evenings you spent racing friends in Mario Kart, and especially if you've never had the pleasure but wanted to try, you'll love ZBD Kart, the fun kart racing game made even better since you're racing for Bitcoin!

Quick guide:

How to start racing for Bitcoin

First things first: download the game (heads up, it's Windows-only):

ZEBEDEE Kart by ZEBEDEE
Available for Windows

It's a ZIP file, so to extract it and start playing you'll need file archiver software such as WinRAR or 7-Zip.

Extract the files to your desired location, and then start the game by running "ZEBEDEE Kart.exe" from the folder where you extracted your files.

Nearly ready

To race online, select "Online".

Hosting a game

The person hosting a game should select "Host Game".

Enter a nickname in the upper panel - this is how other players will see you.

Enter your ZBD username in the bottom panel - you'll need this to be able to get sats (if you win).

Don't have your ZBD username yet? Get one from ZBD, here.

Select the region you wish to play in. For minimum lag, select the region closest to you.

Create your game.

    Optional:
  • Set a password to limit who can join
  • Set how many laps are needed to win the race (default is 2)

If you want to race for Bitcoin:

  • Starting Pot - the amount you (the host) pay to start the game. The amount will be redistributed at the end of the race depending on the place in which you finish.
  • Press play and scan the QR code with the ZBD app to pay the fee and/or starting pot
  • Press "Continue"

Select your kart

Customize your kart - distribute the points into your kart and determine how fast it will go, how quickly it'll accelerate, how well it will turn, how well it will stick to the road and how quickly you can decelerate.

Select the track you want to race on

Wait for your friends to join the game

You'll see them in the waiting area. When you're ready, press "Start".
